Dune is a very ornery blue and white cat who likes his peace and quiet. Despite this, he will go out of his way to help others and bring justice where it's needed. He is often seen riding his flying dinosaur-bird, Red, and is an expert when it comes to in-air manuevers.

Even though people annoy him, he has still found space in his heart for his partner, Bud, whom he met on a life-changing adventure years ago. It's said by townsfolk that Bud is the only jokester that Dune has been able to tolerate and, that the success of their relationship is one of the great mysteries of the modern age.

Bud is a charismatic calico who is known by many to be a huge clown around town. He is infamous for making poor jokes at innapropriate times, and has been punched a few times because of it. Kids think he's a hoot, and he loves to make them laugh, much to their parent's dismay. Despite this, he has seemed to attract the heart of a cranky cat named Dune, that of which he met on a life-changing adventure.

Although it does not greatly bother him, many ask him about his identity as a male calico cat. Was he born a rare male calico, or did he transition at some point in life? He often plays up the mystery to amuse himself, and to confuse anyone who asks. He vows to never reveal the truth so as to keep his precious bit going.
